Chapel Properties Plumbing and Heating Division has a team of plumbing and heating engineers, registered with Gas Safe, OFTEC and MCS. Gas Safe and OFTEC enables our engineers to work on domestic gas or oil boilers, including annual boiler services, installations, and breakdowns. Chapel Properties are also accredited installers with Grant and Vaillant, the two leading manufactures of oil and gas boilers. This allows us to give our clients extended warranties on their new boiler installs, for example every time we install a Vaillant boiler, we extend the warranty from 7 years to 10 years!

MCS is a qualification in renewable energy products and installers, enabling us to install and service air source and ground source heat pumps. One of our engineers is 1 in only 4000 in the UK that has this qualification, along with an accreditation with Mitsubishi Electric, the market-leading brand of heat pumps made here in the UK.

Our team can also undertake any works from general plumbing, bathroom renovations, radiator upgrades or even upgrading your heating controls.
