Thank you for your interest in taking a stall at our fund-raising craft fair, in aid of St Elizabeth Hospice. Woodbridge Town Youth Council is committed to raising a substantial donation for this vital charity. This is just one part of our support for the St Elizabeth Hop to IT summer-long event based in Ipswich. For the first time, four ‘satellite’ towns are involved: Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Beccles and Lowestoft.
The Saturday of the fair is the first day of ‘Hop to it’ and there will be one large gloriously decorated hare newly arrived in the Market Square and nearly 20 more around town. We expect many visitors over the weekend.

Details Indoors
- Tables are set out and should not be moved. Stallholders are welcome to use the large window sills and shelving behind most of the stalls as these provide good display space a little higher than the tables.
- There are a limited number of power points around the edge of the room which stallholders may use free of charge for small appliances (lamps etc) but not for higher wattage equipment such as heaters or coolers. You should provide your own extension cables and ensure they do not trail where the public walk. There is no power for the two central tables and no cables should be trailed there.
- All electric appliances must be PAT compliant and switched off and disconnected from the mains power overnight.
