Kingston Field, donated to the Town in 1955.

Kingston Field, donated to the Town in 1955, is situated near the River Deben and offers a large unobstructed grassed area for outdoor activities and games.

Kingston Field.9The field provides users with an all weather 5 a side football area, a basketball area and hoop, an all weather cricket wicket, concrete table tennis table and many seats and benches.

 

Kingston ParkThere is also a Coffee Shop in the Pavilion which is open 7 days a week during the Summer. Car Parking areas are located beside the field.
The large enclosed play area is suitable for a wide range of children featuring many items of traditional play equipment including a popular aerial runway.

 

Kingston Field.3The play area also offers a shaded picnic area complete with benches.

 

Kingston ParkThe "Rock n' Cross" play equipment combines a multi rider see-saw. The SkyGame may be the most challenging and rewarding overhead event in the playground.
An existing 'Birds Nest' Cantilever Swing has also been installed.

 

Kngston Field.6A Petanque Piste (French Boules) area has been constructed and is now open to all.
There is also a local Petanque League which play on Sunday mornings
