Red Rose Chain are passionate about making theatre truly accessible to everyone. The cost-of-living crisis is hitting families in our community hard this Christmas and while Red Rose Chain already offer affordable concession tickets for children and anyone in receipt of benefits, this year they are going one step further.
With funding from Arts Council England, Red Rose Chain are staging special community performances of The Wind in the Willows at The Avenue Theatre, offering free tickets to families who are struggling with the cost of living, disadvantaged young people, refugees and young people and adults with disabilities.
These special community performances start on Friday 9th December at The Avenue Theatre in Ipswich. With funding from Arts Council England, Red Rose Chain are also creating a magical garden in the grounds of The Avenue for families to enjoy before performances.
If you are struggling with the cost-of-living crisis or know of any families who would benefit from these tickets, find out more at www.redrosechain.com/community-windinthewillows or get in touch with Red Rose Chain at info@redrosechain.com
