The Judges chose this window for its Immersive experience in expressing the poignancy of VE Day .
They thought it a very poignant window that helped one imagine what it was like going through the dark days of war and then celebrating the end of the war on VE Day.
The content of the display was beautifully presented and showed good local connections.
