The Sutton Hoo Ship's Company can be found in The Longshed, Tide Mill Way, Woodbridge.

The company are recreating the Sutton Hoo Ship that was found in Mould 1 at Sutton Hoo in 1939 and has recently featured in the Netflix film, The Dig.

Once inside the Longshed you can see the 88ft ship being built using Anglo Saxon tools and techniques by a team of volunteers. Your visit will give you a flavour of the sights, sounds and smells that would have been familiar to our ancestors.

Entrance id free of charge and Crew Members are often on hand to talk to you about the project.
